Took us about 2 hours to set up with 4 adults, then another hour for bells and whistles including slide, aquajet, projam, and sun shade. Make sure to use the provided tool for putting the springs on. Recommend having a handcart available for moving the boxes around, and a ladder for applying netting etc."
