"Very high quality materials and packaged very well. End result is very safe & chic. Feedback: Requires serious muscle to assemble; 2 adults & 1 teen put in about 6 hours. Instructions for the frame assembly need to be more clear, would recommend numbering parts & configuration because it is very confusing. Also the net attachments that thread the springs are not sewn exactly to line up with springs so you end up skipping springs & stretching with difficulty to make it work. The tools & instructions for how to attach springs are very helpful & accurate; if you do not follow instructions exactly it is pretty much impossible. End result is very high quality product and the whole family is enjoying it."

The assembly was so easy
"The assembly was so easy after watching the video. The sturdiness of it is AMAZING. My three girls LOVE the 17ft! They did not want to get out. The weight max is 1000lbs which will be amazing for birthday parties since we always have a ton of kids here. I can not wait to see the memories that will be made on this!"

"Great quality trampoline! Sturdy. Love that art of the springs are covered. We purchased the slide and basketball hoop… both great additions! The slide especially helps with “traffic” going in and off! With 5 kids 5 and under, we plan to use for years!! Their customer service is incredible. What a classy company. Highly recommend!"

"The trampoline is great. We purchased for our two (2) younger boys (8,9) as a Christmas present. The packages do arrive quickly in numbered boxes. However, I would have given it 5 stars except for several issues I had with assembly of the trampoline. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired in putting the frame together. There is no way a technical person wrote the manual. Eventually after fighting to understand the instructions we skipped to the picture of total assembly of the frame and put it together from the picture. Also, I think the parts list could say which part is in what box. After the frame assembly the rest was rather easy to understand by following the manual. Also, the idea that this takes only 1-2 hours to assembly is understated I would allocate about 3-4 with at least 2 people."

"minor problem with delivery, (#3 box missing, they made it right quickly) So far, the best trampoline we have ever bought, all five grandkids can jump at the same time. the only advice I can think of is throw the instruction book in the trash and watch the video on u-tube."
