"We got this for Miss 1 for her birthday and it's a hit with her (and her big sis, Miss 5). She loves climbing up the slide and sliding back down on her tummy. Add a hose and it's a great waterslide too. Took a bit to assemble but nice and sturdy and hooks on and off easily (good when needing to move tramp to mow lawns etc). Do wonder if the hooks are strong enough as the only attachment for the slide (onto the tramp) but no issues so far."
"1 star for product but 5 star for the Customer Service. We were sent a faulty unit which was replaced with another faulty unit but then refunded quickly. Great team to deal with but disappointing product quality"
"Perfect choice for my grandchildren and nephews. There was someone jumping on it all day on Christmas. We placed the ladder and slide right next to each other. The little ones choose the slide to exit every time. I like that there is no zipper to open and close the net. The net overlaps and is much safer. I am very pleased with my choice."
"The basketball goal that came separate is missing a couple of ties to secure the bottom of the backboard area to the net. . . otherwise, the trampoline itself is great."
"Install was not as easy, as advertised. Instructions for attaching the safety net weren’t clear, and caused extensive time to correct. Multiple poles had pop-out springs missing and had to be fished out and placed into the holes before being able to connect them. Now that it is assembled, functionality has been good."
"The slide is very well made and sturdy. The grandkids are having a lot of fun with the trampoline and slide."
"Easy assembly, was a nice accessory for quick exiting."
"Christmas gift for our grand daughter. Still winter here in the foothills of Alberta, Canada so set up has been delayed for another 3 months or so😃"
"The JumpSlide needs to be redesigned so that it attaches differently to the trampoline. The bolts on the U Clamp stick up and it looks like it will puncture the spring cover on the perimeter of the trampoline. Also, the front facing portion of the covering on the springs is now not perpendicular to the ground and so it will catch rain and snow and deteriorate faster. Perhaps with each slide you could also send a new section of the spring cover that has a pre-notch cut out of the cover so that it lays down around the slide nicely. You could also include some sort of padding that will keep the horizontal portion of the cover from being punctured by the bolts."
