"We are a bit disappointed on how slack it all is. The framework has lots of play and the net looks baggy. Our previous £150 trampoline from smiths was tighter. My son still loves it but we feel we paid a huge premium and don’t think it’s value for money."

This meant having to pull them out of the tubes, rebend them manually and then reinsert them to unsure the locking nib worked. A bit stiff for bounce, but I imagine this will soften over time. Instructions were about 90% clear if you didn't watch the video, ie; parts in the booklet say "silver tube" when infact they were black."
